Virtual Machines. Right-sizing - Error running report

Postby David Biot » Mon Apr 02, 2012 12:17 pm

All databases are on a SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
Reporting is on the same server, also SQL Server 2008 R2.
The SCOM version is 2007 R2 CU5.
The version of Veeam is 5.7.

When trying to run the "Virtual Machines. Right-sizing – VMs Oversized for Memory and CPU" report, I get an error:

Code: Select all
An error has occured during report processing.
Query execution failed for dataset 'AnalysisDS'.
Error converting data type varchar to numeric.

The other reports are running fine.

If you have not already, please open up a case with Veeam Support. Please feel free to use our Customer Portal at http://cp.veeam.com. Please post the resolution here on the forums once support has everything squared away. Good luck!

Hi! Yes, we have a solution for this - it is related to non-English locale settings on the Collector. We have a KB article here - http://www.veeam.com/kb_articles.html/KB1565

Cheers,
Alec
