Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1

Post by irix »

Hello,
after setting up and made a connection to the vCenter 4.0u1 all look fine for while or at least for 60min (that was my choosen refresh/sync rate). After that the Dashbord displays an error for vCenter Servers. The session history display the following error:

Code: Select all

The error means "Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1". I have delete and import my vCenter now 2 times and i stumble aways about the same probem. During the one hour i have create all groups, rules and starting to categorize the VMs. The Veeam Business View version is 1.0.1.62.

In the vCenter i can see up to 20 (our maximum) Veeam View sessions where the most are displayed as idle.

Regards
Joerg
