Is it possible to install veaam reporter entreprise on a 64 bit os?

No, current version of Reporter Enterprise does not yet support 64bit OS.

Veeam Report Viewer is a standalone Veeam tool that is intended for generating reports in the Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio and Adobe PDF formats from the .vmr files created by Veeam Reporter Enterprise.
