Unfortunately, I cannot track what was the resolution to this issue, as no one has provided his support case ID, so please contact our technical team directly.
Just on a side note, we are going to release a new version of Veeam ONE very shortly, which will not require SSRS any more. If you could wait for a couple of weeks, then I would suggest evaluating Veeam ONE v6, which has LOTS of new and really cool features.
