EFS backups across accounts

Hi,

Does Veeam support creating EFS backups across AWS accounts?
Ideally I'd like to copy the backup into a separate DR account.

You can do cross region backups but between multiple accounts is not supported as of now. You can find more information in the user guide.

Hi Neils, wanted to check on above request, any timelines assigned for the same. Also, is there any plans to add the Archival capabilities to the EFS Backup as currently both Backup and Backup Copies goes to the AWS Backup Vault only, any plans for the Archival looking at the Long Term Retention ?
