Feature request: support for Postgresql 18 in RDS on AWS

We are using Veeam Backup for AWS to perform image-level backups of Amazon RDS PostgreSQL databases.

Our RDS instance is running PostgreSQL 18.4. The Veeam worker currently uses pg_dump 16.8, causing the backup to fail with:

pg_dump: error: aborting because of server version mismatch

server version: 18.4
pg_dump version: 16.8

Please consider adding PostgreSQL 18 support to RDS image-level backups in Veeam Backup for AWS. PostgreSQL 18 is now available in AWS RDS, so this will increasingly affect customers as databases are upgraded.
