Veeam License on AWS Marketplace

We can purchase an instance that includes a Veeam license from AWS Marketplace.

Veeam Backup for AWS Paid Edition

Do licenses purchased on AWS Marketplace show up on the Veeam portal site?
In other words, can users manage their licenses?

How do they contact Veeam Support if users cannot manage licenses?
Also, can they register as a case manager?

Hey Yuya,

No, licenses bought directly via the marketplace do not show up there. Veeam support can always be contacted if you need assistance with VB for AWS by selecting it under in the dropdown under the "Marketplace" section.

Thank you for your response.
I understood that the user needs to contact Veeam support directly.
It seems difficult for the distributor to contact them as the case administrator on behalf of the user.
