good day, I am working with my customer and the support engineer ( case id 07313970) to investigate an error appeared during a restore of a RMAN backup using the Explorer for Oracle. Note that we are just testing veeam's features before to go to production with a new infrastructure so we are not in troubles with an urgent restore of production data.
The error looks pretty strange, it says "Failed to execute srvctl command: status database -db SCRATCHDB (invalid command line option -db)" where SCRATCHDB is a database created for testing.
We tried to issue the same command from the Oracle server console and it seems to be a syntax error: changing "-db" with "-d" makes the command work.
Maybe there is a mismatch in oracle version with is not among the supported ones?

I will ask the customer to verify this asap...
