Multiple vCenters, tags only seen from 1

Hey we have more than 1 vCenter server connected to Veeam One. Would like to use tags to categorize all the VMs, but Veeam One either only collects or only uses tags from one vCenter server. Is there anyway to have it use the tags from all vCenter servers? Thanks

This looks like a bug, as it doesn't matter how many vCenter Servers you have, all tags should be collected. What version of Veeam ONE are you using?

It is version 9.5.0.3254. The vCenters are 5.5 U3 and 6.5 U1.

I noticed the collection log for the 6.5 U1 vCenter says, "Failed to collect Inventory Service Tags data.
The remote server returned an unexpected response: (400) Bad Request."

Maybe it is a VMware bug

Yes, this could be the reason. Let's see what our support team can say after reviewing the debug log file.

Just spoke with the support team. Hotfix should also be available to resolve that, if you don't want to wait till Veeam ONE 9.5 Update 2.

Hey Team

We have just had both our VMWare vCenter and ESXI hosts upgraded to 6.5 and we are seeing the same results, only the first vCenter server is showing any tags. in business view its should the categories correctly just not applying them.

Is there a link to this hot fix or information on whne 9.5 U2 is coming? i currently have 9.5.0.3254

Error i get is

Hey Grant and welcome to the community!
There is no hot fix for the issues, but looks like it will be fixed by upcoming release, which is to be available in 4-6 weeks.
I would contact Veeam support to double-check if you have same issue as OP.

Yes, this issue has been fixed based on what cases we saw in the support cases. Can you please tell us if you use linked mode or you have separate vCenter Servers?
