(re)active "hidden" objects for categorization
Hi,
I like to describe my problem. In the past I set for example some hosts objects to "excluded from categorization" (I think - it was so). Now I didn't see all hosts within the Workspace - Object type "Host System".
What is wrong? What can I do to see all hosts again?
Kind regards,
Klaus

Re: (re)active "hidden" objects for categorization
Hi Klaus,
After excluding hosts, they should not disappear, but just become grey and you can double-click it(or click "Edit category") and exclude it from uncategorized.
Can you find the host if you go to "Host" tab, than click "Details" in the "Hosts" tab and in "Request Status" drop-down menu choose "Excluded from categorization"?
Is it also visible in Workspace->Scope now?
Thanks.

He Shestakov,
actually I see only two hosts whithin Workspace(Object Type: Host System) and the Hosts tab means "total: 2" and "excluded:0". There are more hosts!

Re: (re)active "hidden" objects for categorization
Klaus,
Is the host visible in Veeam One Infrastructure(Options>Server Settings>Monitored Hosts)? If not, maybe it was just excluded and you need to add it back.
If it is visible, please contact Veeam technical support.
Thanks!

Hi,
all hosts are visible in Veeam ONE Monitor client. At the options all hosts are checked. In this case I will contact Veeam technical support.
Thanks.
