Storage = 0 GB
The Dashboard doesn't show me the storage information of a certain business unit, department or purpose. Only 1 virtual center seems to deliver the storage data out of 3. Is there something special I must keep in mind ?

Hello Sepp,
No, nothing special, could you tell me if account you used to add vCenter server to Business View has the same permissions across all three vCenter Servers?
Also, do you have any error messages in the log files below:

Hello Vitaly,
we have the same issue.
In the Diagram the Storage is added, not in the Colomn.
We use Windows2008 x64
The problem appears in all categories

Hello,
do you have an idea when this release will be available?
until that, is there a workaround?
do you know what is the reason of the issue?

Re: Storage = 0 GB
Note for future readers, this issue only confirms with non-English vCenter Server installation. English version of vCenter Server is required to have proper reporting on VMs' storage usage.

Re: 0 gb storage back
Jean-Pol,
We've got a known issue with Veeam Business View not being able gather storage free space information from vCenter server.
The hotfix provided by support for Veeam Business View should work like a magic....but for Veeam Business View.
You're saying that Veeam Reporter does not show storage free space as well. What type of report do you use?
I'll give you a call in several minutes so we can discuss everything via phone or schedule a WebEx session if required.
Thanks!

Re: 0 gb storage back
Jean-Pol,
I'm not aware of any known issue with VMware SRM or the IBM servers. I'll check the hotfix file and will send you a new one (with the detailed instruction) within your support case.
Thanks!

Re: 0 gb storage back
ok was my bad
1 at first like it was for testing the solution i installed veeam enterprise backup manager
veeam reporter
veeam bussiness view on the same server
dude just don't do it
after when i receive the patch i installed him on the reporter folder not in the bussiness view like i thought problem was from reporter (datastore time out issues )
so i corrupted my reporter installation
after trying to repair my bussiness view installation folder dissapear and i only keeped a bad bussiness installation
to do the reinstallation just uninstall everything related to veeam
reboot
reinstall the software connect it to your old DB she isn't emptied
stop the services
re-install the patches
start the services
redo a bussiness view collection
there you are
Thanks Again vitaliy

Re: Storage = 0 GB
Yep, you should pay extra attention while applying hotfixes, as Veeam Reporter and Veeam Business View have, kind of, similar basis. Both products have SchedulingService.exe in their installation folders which may confuse. As far as I see, we are good now with Business View.
For future readers - this issue has been resolved by the hotfix.
