Add new File Server

Hello, it's a few months that I'm using this software but recently a problem happened. Yesterday I tried to add new "file server" so I've added new "Microsoft Windows" and all the services installed on the client remotely but when I wanted to add new file Server and choose the the managed Server, every time it shows this message : "File server host is already added :..."
but that file server name won't show on "File Server list" and consequently I cannot choose this server to create a new backup job. I've tried to remove any records that related to this server but nothing changed.
Is there any way to remove all records of this server? and how I have do it?

and welcome to the forums.

That's because it's already added the machine earlier. You can choose it by selecting it from the dropdown field



You can remove all records of that server from the backup infrastructure -> managed servers -> Microsoft windows https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=110

Thank you for your answer but I've checked it more than 10 times but I cannot find it in "File Server" list. If you notice to photos that I've attached you will see that the name of that server (Edari-2) is not in File server list. But when I want to add it to file servers an error appears and says it has created before:

Thank you for the screenshots. Any chance the server name was modified after file server registration? If not this might be a UI glitch, so please raise a support case and share the case ID with us. Cheers!
