Backup copy job to cloud connect storage

Dear Team,
This is our environment. Veeam 12
* Windows File server (essentially a NAS) with a total capacity of 100 TB. The used capacity is around 20 TB.
* We would like to back up the shares from this file server using NAS backup to a QNAP NAS device.
* From there, we would like to configure a backup copy to a Cloud Connect repo (Iland).

The initial backup to the QNAP works but we don't seem to have the option to configure secondary target to the cloud connect repo. We only have the option to use an S3 object storage as the secondary target.

May I know if this is actually a limitation?

Hello Karthik

Yes, Cloud Connect is not a supported target for file share backup (or backup copy) jobs. We know about the request.
You may ask iLand, if they provide S3 object storage as a target. Or use one of the other object storage cloud services available.
