Backup only first/2nd level of filder

Hello Team,

On the file share that need to be backup we do keep lots of folders and small files.
New request comes that only the first structure of the folders need to be in a copy.

For example I have:

FolderA
-FolderA1
--FileA1.1
--FileA1.2
-FolderA2
--FileA2.1
--FileA2.2
-FolderA3
--FileA3.1
--FileA3.2
FolderB
-FolderB1
--FileB1.1
--FileB1.2
-FolderB2
--FileB2.1
--FileB2.2
-FolderB3
--FileB3.1
--FileB3.2
(...)

In the backup I just need to have:
FolderA
FolderB
Without content.

Do You know how to achieve that? I was trying to play a little with include/exclude mask but without success

the only idea I have is a scripted approach to exclude the paths "automatically"
