Change in v11 File Share VUL GB cost?

Just installed the new update of v11 (as CE) for testing in our datacenter and noticed that when I look at the licensing Instance the GB max for File Share has changed. Shows as 250 GB/ instance in my v10 production but in in the CE install for Test its 500GB/instance.

I looked over the release notes but find no mention of this change did I miss something? (most likely)

The first 500GB are made free. It will cost you nothing and after that, 500GB will cost you 1x VUL.
