Good Morning,
All files or directory added in the root of the share folder after the backup definition won't be part of the backup , I understand that the files and folders are read when defining the backup, but there is a way to tell VEEAM to refresh this list automatically or add all new files and directory of the root ?
Thank you,
Sylvain

Re: Directory or file added not in backup
My bad guys, my backup was defined wrong ! just select the share and add Excluded folder work perfectly,
I also add a backup proxy on the private network to speedup things !
Sorry for the rookie post !

Re: Directory or file added not in backup
Hi Sylvain,
Yup, that happens automatically for all child objects, except excluded. Do not forget that we also add paths to the snapshots to the exclusion list automatically (in case you are using integration with storage systems capable of creating the snapshot). Cheers!
