Error while rescanning Backup repository

Hello,

I've got the problem that I want to rescan a SMB-Share on my Synology NAS and get the following error:
7/21/2021 9:43:02 PM Warning Failed to import backup path \\192.168.1.10|Backup|Backups|srv01|srv01.vbm Details: Unable to substract path \\192.168.1.10|Backup|Backups|srv01 from \\192.168.1.10|Backup|Backups|srv01|srv01.vbmD2021-07-05T232839_EB46.vib. Elements are different.

I have no idea how to fix this, can you help me?
