i have a problem in backing up two file servers

hello everybody
i have two file servers and have about 10 TB File and first time i backed up partial of my file shares it is okay and when i try to take full backup of my file shares give me an error said exceed maximum workloads limitations despite i just add only two file servers no Domain controllers or other servers and no Hyper V hosts

Hello! You did not share how many Veeam licenses you have. File share backups consumes 1 license per 250GB of source data with V10, and 1 license per 500GB with V11. If you believe the number of instances in your license file should cover the total size of the protected file share, then please open a support case for further investigation. Thanks!
