Instructions for setting up File Backup jobs

I may have just missed them, but I can't find instructions that run through setting up File Backup jobs. Can anyone point me to them?

Here you go. HTML guides usually offer easier navigation and are updated slightly faster in comparison with PDFs. You can always find a required guide by simply googling for it.
