Replication p2p
I'm new to Veeam so I don't really know it's capabilities. I have 2 identical physical servers which were originally setup as Storage Replica, can Veeam replicate one server to another in realtime or say with a window of a few minutes? Basically I'm looking for alternatives to Storage Replica.

Re: Replication p2p
Hi David
Welcome to veeam and the forum.
Veeam can only replicate virtual machines running on vsphere and hyperv. There is no physical replication available.
If you need low RPO, then storage replicas or some sort of a clustered filesystem would be the best way to go.
What you can do with veeam, is doing agent backups every few minutes. But this backups will take a few minutes. A low RPO is difficult to meet. And the restore to the other physical machine will take its time.

Re: Replication p2p
Thanks for the quick reply, I wasn't completely clear on how the replication worked, but you've cleared it up for me.
