Re: Sendind file backup to cloud
Hi Wojciech,
as of today, Object storage can only be used as Archive Repository, keeping previous(archived) versions of files backed up with NAS Backup job.
Descriptive list of repository types for NAS backup can be found here.
/Thanks!

Re: Sendind file backup to cloud
When I edit my file backup job, I can check "Keep previous file version for..."
then in Archive repository here I have only my "local" backup targets, I cannot choose here my object storage account.
So is there any option to send some of my urgent files to cloud 3s?

1. Make sure Object Storage is added as Object Storage Repository using said cloud account.
2. Make sure it is not a part of active Scale-Out Backup Repository.
/Thanks!

My cloud backup account is visible in "Backup Repositories" as type "Cloud"
and in Service providers.
Scale-Out Backup Repository is empty.

Hello Wojciech,
Did I get it right, cloud 3s is the repository provided by your Cloud Connect service provider? Thanks!

Re: Sendind file backup to cloud
Proact is delivering Veeam Backup as a Service using Veeam Cloud Connect (VCC) as remote repository. We are able to provide an offsite copy of backup data to VCC except for NAS data.
It would be great if Veeam will provide VCC support for NAS data in a future release - so we can keep all backup data in one repository which will also simplify capacity reporting and billing.
