Unable to truncate SQL server transaction logs

Hi,

I've been getting this error every time my job is finished. Anyway, to resolve this?

My current settings:
Veeam Backup and Replication v12
Backup Mode: File Level backup
Guest Processing: Enable application-aware processing
AAP Options: I've used "Use guest credentials" and I specified the user.
