Veeam 11 with Neatpp issue

We have added the NetApp cluster (9.9.1.P15) to Veaam. But when we drill down on the Storage Infrastructure > Ontap > Cluster > we do not see the SVM's under it.
We have a AD user with AD authentication to HTTP and ONTAPI. The role name (x) has been applied with following attributes to the cluster
DEFAULT readonly
security readonly
security login readonly
volume snapshot all
vserver all
vserver nfs all


The role name (x) has been applied with following attributes to the SVM's
lun readonly
network readonly
security readonly
security login readonly
snapmirror readonly
version readonly
volume readonly
volume snapshot all
vserver all
vserver nfs all


We are ONLY able to backup the shares as "NFS Shares".
We are not able to backup as "NAS Filers" and this is the error that we get
cluster1\svm11:/filename - "Error: All file backup proxies are offline or outdated"
