I need to send traps via SNMP from my Veeam on Google Cloud for each of my jobs

Thanks @HannesK for the idea.
If you have Veeam ONE and Veeam B&R, you can connect your VBG appliance to VBR and then use Veeam ONE's SNMP traps to alert on public cloud policy failures.
