VBG - Need more access control restriction to Veeam Web portal

Hi Team,

We have observered that there are just 3 roles available for Veeam web portal access control (Portal User roles) : Restore Operator, Portal Operator and Portal Administrator. See https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbgc/ ... sions.html for more information.

A restore operator can see all the backups (protected data of all VM/Cloudsql).
A portal operator can see policies, backups, logs etc.., as mentioned in the above docu.
A portal administrator can do everything.

IMO, we need more fine grained access control that restricts access to certain policies/protected data in say, restore operator or portal operator.

I kindly request if such feature is there?

Hi Kunal,

Thanks for your request. We'll look into enhancements for RBAC in future product updates but for now there is no workaround.
