We tried to upgrade Veeam from 12 to 12.1, and got an error:
RHV_proxy: Failed to upgrade host components. Error: 'Failed to upgrade Proxy - Cannot add VM. Maximum number of sockets exceeded.'

Properties: One or more errors occurred. Request failed with status code Forbidden.

When trying to manually install plugin RHVPluginProxy, error is "Local Administrator privileges are required to install the product".
I am Local Administrator.

RHVPlugin_12.4.0.385 is installed.

There is Case #07140063 — Failed to upgrade Proxy - Cannot add VM. Maximum number of sockets exceeded!

We had deleted old Proxy, and created new one...
So far, so good.
