Proxmox and Worker VM vCPU requirements

My Proxmox environment has limited resources. The Veeam Backup Worker VM attempts to deploy on proxmox with 6 vCPUs and fails if it can't (proxmox env limitation of 4). Is there anyway to manually deploy a Worker VM to the proxmox enviroment with 4 vCPUs and have Veeam backup connect?

Under the advanced options in the worker settings, you can set the CPU and Memory limits.
