backup appliance deployment error on olvm

Hello,

For several days I've been stuck on a level of the deployment process of the VM appliance backup despite multiple attempts.
I get an error message:
“Failed to upload the installation image to the backup appliance”.
“Failed to deploy the backup appliance: Cannot access a closed Stream”.
This message appears after deploying and starting the VM on olvm.
I need your support.

Please open a Support Case for this issue; we will not be able to troubleshoot over the forums, so a Support Case is the way to go. Be sure to include logs for Support to review. (Use the 3rd radio button to select hosts to export logs from, export logs from the Veeam server itself)

The message itself seems to suggest some networking issue but it's very unclear, so start with a Support case, and please share your case number once created.
