we have been referred to this forum by a Technical Support Engineer of Veeam, due to a technical limitation in VDC365 (Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365).

As a Veeam Cloud Service Provider we regularly add new customers to our VDC365 tenant which we would like system notifications for.
However, by default, system notifications for newly added customers are not enabled and we as administrator of our VDC365 tenant have no way of enabling them!
To get system notifications enabled, we currently need to raise a support ticket for every single newly added customer in our VDC365 tenant, to get those enabled by a Veeam representative...
We needed to raise 2 support tickets (see #07844458 and #07814863) so far which posed an unnecessary increase of support workload for both parties involved.
Our ask is for us, as administrator of our VCSP tenant, to have an option where we can see the system notification status of each customer in our tenant
and enable or respectively disable the system notifications for each customer in our tenant.
This could be achieved by adding one or both following components to the VDC365 VCSP administrator portal: (quick draft - ignore the CSS misalignments in example 2)
