Changing Suscription + Deleting Tenant

Hello everyone.
Case #07953102

This is a VCSP scenario using rental licenses, and the new DataCloudPortal.
When provisioning a new tenant, I mistakenly selected the wrong subscription (the subscription created in the Pulse Portal).

I would like to learn two things:

How can I change the subscription for the tenant?
How do I delete a tenant?

So, to confirm, it's the right tenant, wrong subscription?

If so, please raise a support ticket and we can see if it's possible to move the subscription rather than deleting and reprovisioning the tenant?

Yes, it is the right tenant but the wrong subscription. What information do you need me to provide in the support ticket to resolve this?

For my own knowledge: How can we delete a tenant? Does it require creating a support ticket?

But I'd be suggesting to raise a support case, giving the subscriptions both wrong and correct, and the core tenant information.

If we need any further details then we will of course ask for them

When I cancel the subscription through the Pulse Portal, is the tenant also deleted in the VDC Portal after the grace period expires, or I have to ask support to delete the tenant?

It would as the tenant would go through offboarding but this grace period would be 30 days IIRC so that would delay your onboarding.
