Hello!
Veeam Data Cloud Azure Saas Marketplace subscription. After making some admin changes in M365, my Entra ID tenant backup fails. I need to reauthorize the tenant with microsoft credentials, but I see no way to do this. I would also be OK with deleting the backup tenant in Veeam and adding it again, fresh, with the proper credentials. But, again, I see no way to do this, either.
Support cases → login loop. While logged into my Veeam portal, I click "Support Cases", which asks me to choose the appropriate product, which then takes me to a login page, which then takes me back to the main Veeam portal page. I click "Support Cases" and the loop continues.
Please advise on contacting Veeam support for obtaining a case ID.

We need to get a support ticket for you as soon as possible. It appears strange that you made some changes to M365 and that your Entra ID backup fails. I send a message to the support team to look into it, but I have tried to open the support portal with my own account and that seems to be working without issues.
