Veeam Data Cloud - Backup Work Hasn't Started for a Long Time

Hi,

I have an M365 environment with about 600 Users. I have divided my backup jobs into 2, Outlook and OneDrive, but for a long time the backup jobs are working but not progressing. What should I do?

Thank you for the case number via DM, it appears the jobs are in a stuck state starting. Support will work to get this resolved for you and give you updates.
