Hello,
I'm still on a VBAZ 6 appliance and one of the reasons why I hesitate to jump to v7 is because it requires Azure Queue Storage over Azure Service Bus. I tried Queue Storage over a few days and saw a large jump in per diem costs.
Queue Storage: $8 for Queues V2 LRS: Class 2 Operations (daily)
Service Bus: $0.004 for Basic Messaging Operations (daily)
Any tips to help reduce this cost?

Re: Azure Queue Storage Costs
Hi Arlo,
Could you please provide more details on the tests you have performed? Specifically, which version of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure did you use and how many worker instances are constantly deployed in Azure regions (the minimum number of workers set in the Add Worker Profiles wizard)?
Thank you!

Re: Azure Queue Storage Costs
Hello,
Apologies, I meant to respond but other stuff came up. I saw that there were enhancements in 7.1.0.22 to make Azure Storage Queue more cost efficient. I'll test this out and see if it's any better.
Thank you.
