Snapshot backup has failed (An unexpected error, trace ID)

Hello everyone,

I updated B&R from v11 to v12, so Appliance Backup fo MS Azure to 5.0.0.579.
Now, whenever I start my policies which contain protected VM I get the error in the subject.
Also manually snapshot fails too.

The log says:
[29.06.2023 13:22:16.957] 3 (1) Backup plan has been created (manual snapshot job ID: 88108564-b9f6-4d0f-a7d8-4a28ae0b3587). There is 1 items ready for backup

[29.06.2023 13:22:18.445] 46 (1) Error: Failed to process the response of ResourceGraph API request.

I renewed the service account in the VB UI in to set new permissions but didn't solve the issue.

Please, can anyone give me some suggestions?

anyway.....I was surprised by a popup today notifying me of an available update (5.0.0.607). Magically solved the problem.
