unable to add azure tenant.

just deployed an VBA appliance and want to add a tenant but got the following error:

You are authenticated to microsoft azure as <accountname>

X Microsoft Azure reported an unknown error, Try again later.

I have this issue for 2 days now. deployed a new appliance and used different accounts.

where can I find some logs which explains this error and can help me solving this issue

You can export logs from the web UI under Configuration -> Support Information -> Download Logs (as explained in our User Guide). If you still face the issue, please feel free to open a support case and let us know the ID.
