OK - So we've got Veeam Backup for Azure all working great - It's currently setup to do a snapshot and backup, daily. That's working fine.
The VBA appliance was deployed using VBR on-premise, and it's all talking to each other over our S2S VPN. Again that's all working fine.
The issue I am having, is that I am doing a backup copy job, set on continuous, on the VBR from VBA. The issue I am having is that on VBA, it's doing a snapshot, and the backup. On the VBR, it's copying those daily snapshots down via WAN, and they're over 1TB in size. The incremental backup part is only a few hundred GB. Problem is, 30+TB monthly of bandwidth due to snapshots is costing almost as much as the VMs itself.
Is there any way I can continue to do daily snapshots, and daily backups, and the VBR copy job only copies the daily incremental backups, and perhaps only does the snapshots once per week? I've spent hours on this already and can't find a solution.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Re: Veeam Backup for Azure to Veeam Backup and Replication - Snapshot Help
Hi Richard,
Normally if you create a backup copy job, they should sync the new backups and not snapshots so something looks off.
As noted in our user guide:

Is this how you have set up the backup copy job?Backup copy can be performed only using Azure VM backup files stored in standard repositories for which you have specified credentials of Microsoft Azure storage accounts where the target blob containers reside.
