I have upgraded Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure to the latest version:
Server version: 7.0.0.467
Worker version: 7.0.0.467
FLR service version: 8.0.0.827
Immediately after the upgrade has finished (and I reconfigured the workers) the backups were failing. The reason was that apt.postgresql.org repo was no longer accessible due to PUBKEY missing.
There was also another error message for the nginx repository stating similar issues with gpg key.http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt jammy-pgdg InRelease The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 7FCC7D46ACCC4CF8
Official recommendation is to redeploy the appliance. You could also fixed the repos from within the appliance as root:
nginx repo:
postgresql repo:curl https://nginx.org/keys/nginx_signing.key | gpg --dearmor | sudo tee /usr/share/keyrings/nginx-archive-keyring.gpg >/dev/null
whitelist www.postgresql.org in the firewall (this is currently not required in the veeam help)
Once the repos are working again, the workers are deployed successfully.
