VM Backup copy job from Veeam Azure repo directly to GCP repo (or other public clouds)

Hello Veeam Forum,

Is it possible, to some way generate a backup copy jobs directly from Veeam Azure to a repo en GCp or other public clouds, without doing a Backup copy jobs to Veeam VBR and then do a new Backup copy job to GCP ir other clouds?

If this is not possible, can you please help us generate this as a feature request?

Hi Alan,

You can do this with a backup server; V12 and later supports direct backup copy to object storage.
Just keep in mind the egress costs from Microsoft; copying your entire Azure VMs outside of Azure can become very expensive.
