I've read through the VBR/VBAZ documentation regarding the gateway servers available for Azure, but the detail is really scant and none of the diagrams I could find include a gateway/proxy.
What I'm trying to find out is where the server should be located if the VB&R application server is on-prem. Should the gateway sit close to the mount server (application server) or next to the data in Azure for best performance/cost?
Thanks, Rob.

Re: Where to Locate Azure Gateway Server
Thanks Niels. That was my guess, but I wanted to check.
