Is there any outlook into getting a more custom SLA for the backup policy? I've got some clients that dont necessarily need backups every hour, but need a longer retention policy than 2 years. The bronze, silver gold plan kind of limits the usage for this. Is there a reason why there isnt a custom option, or a backup copy option to a veeam vault that we can specify a longer retention? Is there any outlook to be able to move to a longer retention as the product moves forward? Also are these backups immutable for the entire retention?
And as far as notifcations go, they are either on or off, which on the gold plan backing up every hour is just bombarding us with notifications. Why is there not an option to just notify on warning or error? Seems pretty simple.
The ease of setup for this product seems great and very simplified compared to our vbr with veeam backup for azure appliances, but a little more tweaking and customization into the ui would be great.

Re: SLA's and Notifications
Hi Chris,
We do have enhancements planned for this on our roadmap. Could you maybe send me a direct message with some examples of retention they require?
Backups are immutable for the entire retention.
Regarding notifications, this is a clear request and we'll look into options to change this. Would it be beneficial to maybe just have 1 report per day or would it still be per backup session that is preferred?
