We had an issue with the VM's backup working normally (reporting good backups), but turns out it was corrupt. The backup healthcheck didn't report any issues, and since it's on Veeam standard, we don't have SureBackup. Still waiting to hear if it's a Veeam bug, or Hyper-V. (Veeam support case 03721600)

Splitting this from the original thread where this post was an off-topic. The original thread is talking about storage-level corruption issue specifically. Backup files health check not reporting any issues means the backup storage is fine in your case, and the issue is different. Thanks!
