B&R 11: Installation fails

I had to re-install the server and so B&R, too.

So it's a fresh install which fails at the end without having installed anything.

Error message (the last part, everything before seems to be fine):

[05.02.2023 15:56:34][INFO] Exception occurred (Veeam products installation section).
Info: System.Exception: Eine Ausnahme vom Typ "System.Exception" wurde ausgelöst.
bei Veeam.Setup.Wizard.VmInstallStagePrereqEngine.Install()
bei Veeam.Setup.Wizard.PredefinedDialogs.VmInstallDialog.m_installWorker_DoWork(Object sender, DoWorkEventArgs e)

Server is Windows 2022 Datacenter with GUI.

If I try to install again, there is an SQL error because the SQL services relating to Veeam are not started and can not be started manually, either.

If I delete all SQL features, the first install try ends as described above and everything begins again.

I did, case number is at the top.
But maybe someone else had the same problem and already has a solution on a Sunday afternoon
