backup Centos VM on Hyper-V with Mysql server problem

Hi guys

We put the remote administrator console ERA 6.4 (centos 7.2) via VM provided on your site on a Hyper-V environment.
We are trying to back up, but Veeam, the following error message appears:

Guest processing skipped (check guest OS VSS state and hypervisor integration components version)
Failed to create a snapshot (Microsoft CSV Shadow Copy Provider) (mode: Crash consistent) Details: Failed to prepare guests for volume snapshot.
Error: Failed to prepare guests for volume snapshot.

Do you have any prerequisites? On our other servers like Ubuntu, install a particular Kernel is necessary

Hello, well done, a priori they were installed but not the right version can be. I downloaded from Microsoft

Then install the missing component mlocate #yum install mlocate. Test ok
