Can configure SQL log shipping through VAEEM

I'm reading about VAEEM. I checked the documentation

In SQL log shipping we can configure the backup on the source , with copy and restore in destination.


I saw when configure transaction log backup,

retain logs


with optional selected server. Is is the same or what is this about.

So at same time can VAEEM replicate logs to another MS SQL server instance ?
