Cannot find connection Point in IP format
Hello,
shortly i get the following Error Message by an Offsite Copy Job: Cannot find connection point in IP format. There are only (Hostname from the Repo Server)
The Backupjob which i like to copy is stored on a Scale-outRepo which ist hosted on a WIN2016 Server (via Hostname)
The Target is a iSCSI Target on a win2016 HyperV Server.
Any Ideas?
Thank you

Re: Cannot find connection Point in IP format
Have you ever tried to restart the Host and the iSCSI-Connection?

Re: Cannot find connection Point in IP format
Hi,
Does this offsite copy job had any successful runs?
Can you ping the target by its hostname?
Thanks!

Then the logs review should help to discover the root cause of the issue.
Can you raise a support ticket and share the case ID here, so we can track it internally?
Thanks!
