I opened a case with Veeam on 6th Aug and wondered why I'd not heard back. When I checked the ticket, it had simply been closed by support on the same day? Any ideas why they do this? It was for the community edition.

Hi Rob,
As mentioned in our support policy, support is provided on best effort basis for Free Product cases. Most probably there were no available resources in order to handle your request but you may try to open another case, every single attempt increases your chances to get support.
