Trying to perform file level recovery causes computer to crash at browse stage. It runs for a few seconds and then computer restarts. Disabled antivirus and there was no change.

Re: Case #05276753 File level recovery crashes computer.
Hello,
and welcome to the forums.
It sounds like a permission error (at least that's the error message), but that should not crash any machine. As it makes no sense to do guessing on that kind of error on a forum, I can only recommend to continue with support.
Best regards,
Hannes
