Community Edition No of VMs

Post by jonk »

Hi All,

On the website it mentions you can backup up to 10 VMs with Community Edition.
If I had 2 physical servers does this mean I can backup 10 VMs on each server at the one site.

As you don't install a license file it sounds like this would work.

I searched and read through the forums/website but couldn't find the answer.

Thanks guys.

Hello and welcome to the community jonk,

You can backup 2 physical servers via agent backup (this would be host level backup) or you can backup 10 VMs using vm backup. Makes sense?
As you don't install a license file it sounds like this would work.
License is included with community edition, so you don't to install anything after backup server has been deployed.
