Copied backups, where can I find retention?
Hi,
For archiving purpose we sometimes have to save the complete backup chain for a specific time. We are experimenting with the Copy backup option and the additional option 'Delete backup automatically ...'. I thought the retention would be visible in the properties window of the copied job, but it seems that's not the case.
Where should I be able to see the configured retention for copied jobs?
Thanks in advance!

It should show up under Backups > Disk (Copy) in the Home view.
You should be able to expand the job and view the number of restore points there

Sorry, maybe my initial post was unclear. But I'm referring to the Export feature, not backup copy jobs.

Do they no appear in any of the below? - https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120
Once export is complete, exported backup files will be displayed under the Backups > Disk (Exported) node.
[For scale-out backup repositories] Backup files exported to the capacity tier will be displayed under the Backups > Capacity Tier (Exported) node, and backup files exported to the archive tier will be displayed under the Backups > Archive (VeeamZIP) node.

Re: Copied backups, where can I find retention?
I'm able to find the copied backups, that's not the problem. The question is, where can I find the applied retention on it?
If someone copy a backup chain, with automatic removal enabled after 1 year, how/where can I find the deletion date (retention) of that backup.
With VeeamZIPs you can see it when opening properties of the exported backup, it will have a retention column.
