I have follow the user guide instruction to create the Replication job but still can’t define the destination to replication even based on server name and IP address also cannot. Please advise.

Tin, what particular issues do you have while creating replication job? Have you added the target host to Veeam B&R console?

I can't find the target host even i'm type the IP address and and server name when i click search button.
Do i need configure my DR site Hyper-V host to join the exiting Production Hyper-V cluster?

No, it is not required. I recommend contacting support for a short webex to verify whether you're doing everything right.
